Anabelle Pinto

Worldwide Director, Consumer Market Management

Anabelle Pinto is responsible for driving Cisco’s Worldwide Market Management Strategy for the Sports and Entertainment Industry. Cisco’s Sports and Entertainment solutions are uniquely designed to solve complex IT business challenges and increase business monetization opportunity models for sports and entertainment properties, while ensuring the most engaging and interactive fan and guest experience in the industry.

Pinto has over 20 years of experience in international business, launching and leading innovative technologies solutions for diverse markets. Her expertise focuses on market growth strategies, sales and collaborative partnerships that enable customers to utilize technology to drive productivity, monetization platforms and competitive advantage. Ms. Pinto has worked for multinational companies in global business development, where she was responsible for building partnerships with top business leaders for joint market development strategies in matured and emerging global markets. She has lived, studied and worked in Europe, Latin America, China and the United States. She has managed budgets of $100M+ for global cross-functional teams to create, implement and deliver demand generation award winning programs.

Anabelle began her career at Cisco in 2000. Prior to her current role, Pinto held executive positions leading Latin American and the Caribbean Market Management solutions in IP Telephony, Core Routing and Switching, Security, Data Center, and Video. Pinto served as Cisco’s Worldwide Director of Marketing for Social and Economic Development from 2008 - 2010. Her strategy focused on cultivating scalable, sustainable economic growth by using 21st Century healthcare and education improvements to drive replicable workforce development and job creation.

Prior to joining Cisco, Anabelle was Sr. Director of Channel Marketing and Product Development at Tech Data, a Fortune 100 global logistics and IT company. She also was a Latin America Sales and Marketing Manager at Citicorp/Citibank.

In addition to a deep understanding of diverse cultures, markets, budgeting, strategic planning and customers, Pinto’s leadership experience gives her a unique ability to partner with Sports and Entertainment business decision makers in anticipating and solving disruptive business industry trends to help transform their business.

Pinto is an avid sports fan and an athlete, especially enjoying surfing, bicycling and running

Her graduate education includes a Masters “ Magistere de Gestion” in Business and Economic Development in Emerging Nations from Dauphine University, Paris, France, an MBA in International Marketing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and a Masters in Organizations and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute at Kellogg University in Cleveland.

Her undergraduate degrees were in International Affairs and Business from the Sorbonne University, Paris, France and University of South Florida respectively.

Pinto is fluent in Spanish, French and English and has business knowledge of Portuguese.
